Short Statement: In previous years, the Fund had two separate applications, one for the Financial Assistance Component and another for the Technical Assistance Component. In an effort to achieve greater efficiency and to avoid especially Small and Emerging CDFIs to have to complete two applications to request both types of assistance, the Fund has combined both applications.
