Short Statement: The Commission has re-calculated the total number of respondents, total annual burden hours, and the total number of responses due to the Commissions re-estimation of the various hourly burdens. Due to this re-evaluation: (1) The Commissions estimate for the total number of respondents has increased from 5,309 to 5,588; (2) The Commissions estimate for the total number of responses annually has increased from 34,866 responses to 41,858 responses; and (3) The Commissions estimate for the total annual burden hours has decreased from 4,636,942 hours to 3,872,876 hours. (4) There is an increase of $200 in the total annual cost burden due to rounding issues in ROCIS.
