Abstract:
The Commission applied previously-adopted rules to wireless carriers. Such rules are designed to make consumers' telecommunications bills easier to read and understand, and were adopted in response to consumers' difficulties in understanding their bills, detecting fraud, resolving billing disputes, and comparing carrier rates to get the best value for themselves.
