Abstract:
Forms 1-711, 1-711a, and 1-711b facilitate the collection of data in compliance with the UCR program relating to the number of all law enforcement employees on the payroll of the law enforcement agency as of October 31. Following auditing and processing, the data are published annually in Crime in the United States.

There is no increase in burden on the individual respondents; however, the overall annual burden hours have increased. This is an adjustment; an increase from 2243 to 2365 which is an increase of 122 and is attributable to the increase in the number of respondents.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
