OMB welcomes ICE's efforts to meet GPEA requirements through increased use of IT systems for collection of the Form I-352. Approved for two years only to provide OMB a more timely update on ICE's continued efforts to make the submission and processing of the Form I-352 electronic, e.g. through elimination of faxing as the means of internal transmission between ICE offices.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
