Short Statement: The total burden from the original request was 81 person hours at a cost of $3,636. The new burden is 110.25 person hours at a total cost of $5,569. The reason for this change is two-fold: The number of respondents has changed, and the number of subgrants is now known to ED, which allows for a more precise calculation of the total burden hours. The data elements remain the same for the current and future data collection activities. No additional data elements have been added to this request for renewal.
