Abstract:
This NESHAP affects owners and operators of glass manufacturing plants which use arsenic as a raw material. The owners and operators must submit a one-time notification of initial perfor- mance test and performance test report, occasional notifications, semiannual reports of excess opacity and flue gas temperature.
