Abstract:

The Commission is reporting a significant decrease in the number of respondents/responses(from 203 in 2006 to 26 now). The annual cost has decreased by $8,700 since 2006. Therefore, the total annual burden hours and the estimated annual costs have been adjusted to reflect the decrease.
