Abstract:
The RSA-2 collects expenditure and service data from state vocational rehabilitation agencies under title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended in order for the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) to manage, administer, and evaluate vocational rehabilitation programs.
