FEMA Form 75-13 collects information on hotels and motels to ensure compliance with fire prevention and control guidelines per the Fire and Prevention Act of 1974. Information is published in the National Master List and is publicly available.

Short Statement:
The prior approval requested an incorrect (higher) total burden, so the current burden calculation would be a reduction based on recalculating the prior burden and then basing the current change on that corrected burden rate. The FEMA Form 75-13 will be renumbered to FEMA Form 516-1 upon approval of the collection.
