Short Statement: The Commission is revising this IC due to elimination of a previously approved data element. The item eliminated is Request for Alternative Physical Access which was estimated at 700 burden hours. Other reporting requirement estimates were updated since the last submission to the OMB in 2006. Therefore, the Commission is reporting a -700 hour program change and a -103,410 hourly adjustment of the total annual burden resulting in a new estimated burden of 61,490 total annual hours.
