Abstract:
The Federal Communications Commission (Commission) is requesting that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve this submission as extension of a delegated authority information collection under OMB Control No. 3060-0944 titled, Cable Landing License Act 47 CFR 1.767; 1.768; Executive Order 10530. With this submission, the Commission is clearly stating and clarifying the rule sections and information collection requirements that are contained in this information collection.
