Short Statement: Adjustment from 23 respondents to 20 respondents is due to the change in the number of protests currently received by Treasury versus the number of protests received in the period during which the prior submission was made. The estimated burden for each submission remains at two hours. The adjustment in the total annual hours required from 46 to 40 is due to the decrease in the number of respondents.
