Short Statement: This is a reduction of the number of respondents reported previously due to the ceiling on funding available. Burden hours were estimated based upon historical experience dating back a decade or more as well as recent experience implementing the program in 2007. The number of respondents has shown in a increase for two reasons 1)improperly submission of number of respondents (Form 090-0-2) in previous submission 2) there has been a increase due to Title 44 of the Code of Federal Regulations 206.365, Loan Administration (Annual Financial Report)
