Abstract:
This information is necessary for the Small Business Administration (SBA) to determine whether loan applicant meets SBA's credit and regulatory criteria. Respondents are small business concerns, and Development Companies that are certified by SBA to package 504 loans to these small businesses.
Emergency Justfication:
SBA is requesting approval on an emergency basis for certain 504 Loan Program forms affected by the American Recovery and Reinvestment act of 2009 (ARRA) under Sec. 504, Stimulus for Community Development Lending Low Interest Refinancing under Local Development Business Loan Program initiative. Additional justification information is contained in the attached letter from Eric Zarnikow, Associate Administrator for Capital Access.
