Short Statement: The Commission is requesting an adjustment to the annual cost estimate. During the Commission's review of this expiring IC, it was detected that the cost estimate to the respondents was incorrect in previous submissions to the OMB. The costs are internal company costs (rather than outside contracting costs) because the respondents use in-house engineers, application preparers and communications specialists. Therefore, the Commission is reporting a -$5,000 reduction in annual outside contracting costs.
