Short Statement:
The majority of burden change is required by a proposed change in the regulation due to implementing the statutory changes made by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) (Pub. L. 110-315) that amends the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). There is also a 6 hour increase burden change adjustment to the previously approved burden total, an a decrease of 16 responses that is also an adjustment. We discovered an apparent data entry error in the previous IC that resulted in the number of responses to be over-reported by 16 and the number of hours to be under-reported.
