Short Statement: The Commission is submitting this expiring IC as an extension (no change in the recordkeeping requirement). The reason for the increase in the total annual burden is due to an increase in respondent/responses. Therefore, the Commission is requesting approval for an 11,559 hour increase for this information collection. The previous estimate in 2007 for the number of respondents/responses was 57,410.
