Abstract:
On December 19, 2008, the Commission adopted the Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities; E911 Requirements for IP-Enabled Service Providers, CG Docket No. 03-123, WC Docket No. 05-196, Second Report and Order and Order on Reconsideration, 24 FCC Rcd 791 (Dec. 19, 2008) (Second Numbering Order). The Second Numbering Order adopted several new information collection requirements which impacted on information collection 3060-1089.

The Commission had program changes to the total annual burden hours of +101,010 hours and total annual cost burden of +$24,689 due to the Commissions adoption of information collection requirements contained in the Second Numbering Order (FCC 08-275). The Commission also had adjustments to the total annual burden hours of +6,435 and +$2,600 to the annual cost burden due to the reevaluation of the burden hours and cost burden associated with the User Notification requirement,(E).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
