Short Statement: The Commission had program changes to the total annual burden hours of +101,010 hours and total annual cost burden of +$24,689 due to the Commissions adoption of information collection requirements contained in the Second Numbering Order (FCC 08-275). The Commission also had adjustments to the total annual burden hours of +6,435 and +$2,600 to the annual cost burden due to the reevaluation of the burden hours and cost burden associated with the User Notification requirement,(E).
