Short Statement: An adjustment has occurred in this information collection due to a substantial decrease in the number of existing borrowers. There is no funding for any of the Servicing Minor Program Loans and borrowers have liquidated their accounts by paying them off or refinancing through commercial financing. These have resulted in a net decrease in the number of burden hours for borrowers from 104 to 37.
