Abstract:
ATF requires that applicants manufacturing, importing, dealing, or purchasing explosive materials must submit a list of responsible persons to ATF. The list must include any change in responsible persons or employees authorized to possess explosive materials. This collection of information is contained in 27 CFR 555.57.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
