Short Statement: This is a new ICR covering the burden associated with a final rule, which amends title 40, chapter I, part 63 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) by adding subpart AAAAAAA - NESHAP for Area Sources: Asphalt Processing and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing. The NESHAP includes emission standards and monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements for area sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
