The U.S. Department of Education will collect data through the NSLDS system from postsecondary schools and GA's about Federal Perkins, Federal Family Education, and William D. Ford Direct Student Loans to be used to determine eligibility for Title IV student financial aid.

The total burden increases due to an increase in volume of loans, grants, and the number of respondents. There are no costs associated with this collection. However, during the last submission of this collection, costs were incorrectly inputted to reflect a $72,072 start-up cost.
