FRA submitted an OMB 83-C correction worksheet to OMB on Dec. 22, 2009, to inform the FRA Desk Officer that the correct previous burden total amounted to 4,511,574 hours (not 4,511,374 hours). So, the total number of burden hours for this collection of information has actually decreased by 863 hours from the last approved submission. The decrease is due to two program changes and 15 adjustments that are completely detailed in the answer to question number 15 of the attached Supporting Justification. ****** Please see the answer to question 15 of the Supporting Justification for a full explanation. Thanks. There is no change to respondents concerning costs.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
