Abstract:
Developers of new Multifamily Housing (MFM) projects, singlefamily housing with HUD mortgage insurance, and condominium and cooperative housing with HUD mortgage insurance, will use these forms to describe their intent for marketing to ensure that they meet the Fair Housing guidlines concerning the manner in which their units are marketed to the public.

HUD has modified the forms to enhance their clarity for the benefit of applicants. In case of the 935.2A HUD has also modified the form to require additional information on demographics, residency preferences, and proposed marketing activities.
