Abstract: Orders/Agreements become effective after public hearings are held in accordance with formal rulemaking procedures specified by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937; can authorize the issuance of grade, size, quality, maturity, inspection requirements, pack and container requirements, pooling, and volume regulations.
