Short Statement: The Commission is reporting an adjustment reduction in the hourly burden and annual cost estimates. This is due to a decrease in the number of respondents expeceed to meet the reporting and recordkeeping requirements. Therefore, the total annual burden hours have been reduced by 29 hours and $12,000 in annual costs.
