Abstract:
For the Northeast Fisheries Observer Prograam, burden has been added to account for the total number of trip notifications vs. only those for observed trips, for additional trips based on the pending sector plan under Northeast Multispecies Amendment 16 (Final Rule 0648-AW72 is under review) and a form that the region had omitted from the original PRA request. Adjustments have also been made to the estimated total average minutes per observed trip.
