Short Statement:
The change in the program is due to multiple factors including the previous misidentification of individual respondents and modifications to the form. The program does not collect information from individuals, but rather individuals representing businesses. The form was modified based on recommendations of the contractors collecting the information, such as removing site amenities. This has led to a reduction in the amount of time the survey now takes to complete. The burden hours have been adjusted based on a reduction in number of estimated responses by the Department.
