Abstract:
This package provides instructions and forms necessary for States to report, by race and ethnicity, the number of infants and toddlers with disabilities who: a) are served under IDEA, Part C; b) are served in different program settings; and c) exit Part C because of program completion and for other reasons. Data are obtained from state and local service agencies and are used to assess and monitor the implementation of IDEA and for Congressional reporting.

Short Statement:
There is a 582 hour decrease to the annual reporting and record keeping burden from the currently approved 1820-0557 form. This decrease is due to a projected increase in the number of States that are now using individual level student record keeping data systems.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
