Short Statement: The Commission released a Fourth Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) on April 21, 2010 (FCC 10-61) and the FNPRM adopted a proposed information collection requirement (CableCARD billing program). If this requirement is adopted by the Commission, it will result in a program change of +511,200,000 to the annual number of responses and +142,114 hours to the annual burden. There are no changes to the annual cost burden for this information collection.
