Abstract: Conditions for importation require, among other things, certification from a full-time salaried veterinary officer that poultry and poultry products exported from one of these regions originated in that region or in another region recognized by APHIS as free of END and that before export in the US, these products were not commingled with regions where END exists.

Short Statement: Previously, VS Forms 17-129, 17-29, and 17-30 should have been part of this collection but were not included. Correcting the collection by including these forms caused an increase in the number of respondents by 10 and an increase in the number of responses by 90 resulting in a program change of +90 hours. There is an adjustment of +50 hours because the number of respondents to the Health Certificate increased from 10 to 15 and annual responses increased from100 to 150 from the previous collection. The poultry industry has grown for poultry products from the regions of Mexico that this collection covers. Many producers have joined the market share of poultry products.
