Abstract:
USCIS is accepting proposals from regional centers for participation in a Pilot Immigration Program provided for by Section 610 of the Appropriations Act. USCIS will select regional center(s) that are responsible for promoting economic growth in a geographical area. USCIS created a new Form I-924 to collect the data. This is necessary to clarify requirements for a regional center document, improve the quality of applications, better document eligibility for the Pilot Program, alleviate content inconsistencies among applicants submissions, and support a more efficient process for adjudication of applications.
