Abstract:
The certification and recordkeeping requirements for certain consumer products in 10 CRF part 430 have previously been approved by (control number 1910-1400). DOE is renewing the previously approved certification and recordkeeping requirements, as well as submitting these new proposed certification and recordkeeping requirements for all covered products and covered equipment subject to certification, compliance, and enforcement regulations to OMB for review and approval.
