Abstract:
In 2009, there was a request for extension of the forms, however the package did not contain references to the OJJDP NTTAC feedback forms, only the OVC TTAC forms. To rectify this issue, we request a correction to the package to include the OJJDP NTTAC forms. Some edits have been made to the forms to reflect current NTTAC activities and information needs though the purpose of customer satisfaction with NTTAC activities and the structure of the forms remains unchanged. The burden has not significantly changed as the primary change consisted of tailoring the forms to each type of event (e.g. a conference versus a training event) while the total population remains similar to previous submissions.

Short Statement:
This change was made to include the OJJDP NTTAC updated needs assessment form.
