Short Statement: Reporting burden has decreased from 83,953 to 76,550 responses and 76070 to 70104 hours. This new burden is based on the actual data collection times for the last two years, adjusted for changes to the questionnaire in section 9, as well as completion of the Measurement Issues Study and the start up of the Records Study.
