Short Statement: There has been a program change. This collection represents the time and cost burden for projects requesting rent increases and compliance with other requirements of Chapter 12 in HUD Handbook 4350.1. The previous collection represented alternative means of preparing requests for rent increases or utility conversions. The change has resulted in a decrease in burden.
