Abstract:
This is a request for a non-substantive change to the OFCCP Scheduling Letter. The OFCCP Scheduling Letter is used to schedule Federal contractors and subcontractors for Compliance Evaluations in accordance with Executive Order 11246, as amended; Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended); and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 U.S.C. 4212. These mandates prohibit Federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veterans status. The non-substantive revision is to remove the reference to the Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) Report in the OFCCP Scheduling Letter. The I-9 Report is a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Report, under OMB Number 1615-0047. The burden hours for this Information Collection Request (ICR) are included in the DHS OMB Number: 1615-0047; not OFCCPs OMB No. 1250-0003. The Memorandum of Agreement expired; OFCCP no longer review the I-9 Report.
