Short Statement: The annual burden for this information collection activity will decrease by 70,215 hours (from 88,190 hours to 17,975 hours). A decrease of 65,892 hours are due to program changes and a decrease of 3,473 hours are due to adjustments in the number of respondents participating. The following program changes contribute to the 65,892 hour burden decrease: 1) The reporting frequency for the Ryan White Services Report will be decreasing from bi-annually to annually, 2) The Client Level Data Collection System has been deleted from the list of ICs/Part 2 and 3)The reporting hours for some of the ICs have been slightly modified.
