Short Statement: Adjustments: The decrease of responses by 150 and hours by 13, and the net decrease in annual cost burden of $8, is due to a reduction in the estimated number of part time vessels participating in the fishery that are required to send in logbooks (from 15 vessels to 10 vessels), as well as an increase in postage rates (from $0.41 to $0.44).
