Short Statement: The burden hours for the EDGAR recordkeeping and reporting requirements have an increased adjustment of 9,433 hours. This increase is an overall reflection of the actual number of time extensions notifications received by ED in FY 2009 (which was greater than the number estimated in FY 2006) and an increase in the number awards awarded to IHEs, NPOs and Hospitals in FY 2010 .
