This information collection aids the Coast Guard in determining if a vessel complies with certain safety and environmental protection standards. Plans/records for construction or modification of U.S. or foreign vessels submitted and/or maintained on board are needed for compliance with these standards. (Consolidation w/1625-0026)

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
