Short Statement: This is a new collection of information required by Section 403(d) of the Rail Safety Improvement Act (RSIA) of 2008. The final rule and its associated information collection seek to fulfill the Congressional mandate, and will incur an estimated burden of 17,647 hours as a result. This burden remains unchanged from the NPRM submission.
