Short Statement: OSHA removed the requirement that employers transfer employee exposure-monitoring records and medical records to the National Institute for Occupational safety and Health, specified in paragraphs 29 CFR 1910.1020(h)(3)(i),(ii), and (h)(4), under the Standards Improvement Project-Phase III final rule. As a result of this rulemaking, the Agency requests a program change reduction of 16 hours.
