Short Statement: OSHA removed the requirement that employers transfer employee exposure-monitoring records and medical records to the National Institute for Occupational safety and Health, specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1050(n)(7)(ii), under the Standards Improvement Project-Phase III final rule. As a result of this rulemaking, the Agency requests a program change reduction of one hour and a program change savings of $12.00.
