Abstract:
This information collection is being submitted because, in the Third Report and Order in PS Docket No. 07-287, FCC 08-184, the Commission adopts rules that require Commercial Mobile Service (CMS) providers to collect information subject to the Paperwork Review Act. In the Third Report and Order, the Commission adopts rules obligating entities participating in the Commercial Mobile Alert System (CMAS Participants) to provide written election of intent to participate in Commercial Mobile Alert System.
