Short Statement: This information collection request will result in a reduction of 790 hours due to adjustments in the number of respondents who file OSM-1 forms each year, and an increased use of electronic submissions of the form. There will also be an increase of 15 hours and non-wage costs of $288,800 for programmatic changes due to prior inadvertent omissions.
