Short Statement: The proposed State Grant for AT have the reduction of 2,828 hours, but no reduction in respondents. This is a program change resulting from the elimination of data elements to the State Grant for AT and clean-up of the instruments to align with the MIS reducing burden from approximately 50 hours from the current estimated of 244 hours.
