Short Statement: This is an existing information collection request with a request to revise the approved collection. Due to the reduction in applications expected, there is no overall increase in burden expected to each resondent. The changes in burden are related to the need for OST and modal administrations to oversee and administer the grants, as well as to collect information on the transportation outcomes of the grants.
