Short Statement: The total burden for this information collection has decreased by 38,743 hours from the last approved submission. The decrease is due solely to adjustments in agency estimates. **** Please see the attached Summary of Changes document for a detailed itemization of all the adjustments. The current inventory shows a burden total of 56,787 hours, while the present submission exhibits a burden total of 18,044 hours. Hence, there is a burden decrease of 38,743 hours. There is no change in cost to respondents because of the fact that there are no estimated additional costs to respondents (as noted in the previous submission).
