Terms of Clearance: USCIS amended I-508 to include the burden estimate for I-508F. The agency also correct minor formatting issues with the form. Per the previous Terms of Clearance, USCIS plans to add this collection to its ELIS e-filing system in the spring of 2013. Within the ELIS implementation plan, this collection is part of Transformation Initiative Release B. During the next approval cycle, the agency shall verify to OMB that this collection can be filed electronically.
